These are edge glued pull apart style forms. All orders process within 24 to 48 hours. Orders of less than 2500 qty. will print and ship within 1-4 days depending on options chosen. Orders of more than 2500 will take anywhere from 5 to 12 business days to produce depending on options chosen.

• All artwork uploaded must be accompanied by a fax composit to FAX:866-740-4329 to insure artwork composition open and displays properly.
• Make sure all fonts are converted to lines, outlines, and/or curves. Any form sent with fonts could cause delays in your order. If you do not know how to convert fonts, then please be sure to include the fonts with any uploaded artwork.
